I am looking for a sun shade for my New Holland TC18, something like an umbrella type shade that could be mounted securely. My dealer quoted a $600 price for the factory canopy; my understanding is that the canopy is more of a ROPS / Falling Object guard, not a sun shade. All I need is something to keep the sun off when mowing and tilling. Any ideas on where to find such an item would be most appreciated. Many thanks.

I bought a sunshade made for an MTD lawn/garden tractor for $90 and improvised its attachment to the metal plate under the seat of my NH TC29D. It works great, and the price is right. Only trouble is the seat no longer pivots, but you may not even have that kind of seat. ....
